Your new vacation apartments in Talloires, between Annecy Lake and the mountains.
La Fruitière de Vérel was built in 1897 on the Saint-Germain plateau to transform local producers' milk into cheese. A building steeped in history, but abandoned for many years, we began its complete renovation in 2022.
We welcome you since July 2024 in new, modern and bright apartments, for your stays in Talloires-Montmin.
The Saint Germain plateau is ideally located, halfway between Lake Annecy and the paragliding takeoff points.
